Papa Lee's Taiwan Noodle & Dumpling is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head / Senior Engineer to join our team in the beautiful island of Bali. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in managing complex building systems and maintenance operations.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC operations, comprehensive building management, and pool maintenance activities. You will ensure that all facility infrastructure operates at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure
- Lead HVAC operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance programs
- Develop and implement comprehensive building management procedures and protocols
- Manage pool maintenance operations ensuring water quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, installations, and system upgrades
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor junior engineering staff, providing technical guidance and training
- Manage emergency response procedures and handle urgent technical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, and building management systems
- Proven experience in pool maintenance and water treatment management
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Professional certification in HVAC or MEP engineering is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
