Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive health programs targeting priority population needs
- Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Coordinate with local health units, NGOs, and community stakeholders for program execution
- Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Design and deliver health education campaigns and community outreach initiatives
- Prepare detailed progress reports and policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health program management or community health work
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and program evaluation
- Proficiency in health information systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine health policies and healthcare delivery systems
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Public Health (CPH) preferred
