As a representative of our clients, you will be instrumental in creating positive customer experiences and achieving sales targets. We provide comprehensive product training to ensure you are well-equipped to provide expert advice to our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with retail customers to provide product recommendations and health advice.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various health and nutritional supplements.
- Maintain high standards of product display, cleanliness, and store organization.
- Accurately process transactions and handle point-of-sale systems with precision.
- Achieve and exceed daily or weekly individual and store sales targets.
- Collect and report customer feedback to management to assist in market analysis.
- Ensure all promotional materials are correctly displayed and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or supplement sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable personality.
- Ability to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting sales KPIs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for customer engagement.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed professional appearance.
