Bhd is looking for a dedicated Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic to join our expanding fleet maintenance team in Kuala Lipis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring our heavy-duty trucks remain in peak condition to meet our production and delivery targets.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty commercial trucks.
- Conduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and suspension system troubleshooting.
- Inspect vehicle braking systems, steering components, and electrical circuits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, parts used, and labor hours in the workshop management system.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to prioritize vehicle repairs and minimize downtime.
- Perform road tests to verify repair quality and vehicle performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment in adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy commercial vehicle or truck maintenance.
- Certification or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, fuel injection systems, and heavy-duty drivetrain components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and hydraulic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license (GDL/E license holders are highly preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
