Savoria Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our expanding team at our Dairy Farm operations in Kalijati, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational efficiency of our heavy machinery fleet, ensuring that our production and farm logistics run seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs on a variety of heavy-duty equipment used in dairy farm operations.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Execute major component overhauls, including engines, transmissions, and final drives.
- Ensure all maintenance logs, repair reports, and safety checklists are documented accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment in compliance with company HSEQ standards.
- Collaborate with operations teams to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset performance.
- Conduct field repairs and emergency field service as required by farm operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Automotive Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic, preferably in an agricultural or industrial setting.
- Strong technical expertise in hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and diesel engine diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive attitude, able to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must be willing to be based in Kalijati, Jawa Barat.
