Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover
- Coordinate with service staff for seamless guest flow
- Handle inquiries about menu, services, and local attractions
- Monitor waiting areas and maintain comfortable queue management
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
- Perform opening/closing duties for reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or guest services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation management systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and service standards
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia and other languages valued
