As a Live Host, you will be responsible for showcasing our products directly to viewers through TikTok live streams. This role requires someone who can naturally engage with audiences, create entertaining content, and seamlessly transition from friendly conversation to persuasive selling. You'll be working onsite in Karawaci, where you'll have access to products and resources needed to deliver compelling live demonstrations.

Responsibilities
- Host engaging TikTok live streams to showcase and demonstrate products to viewers
- Interact with audience members in real-time to build rapport and encourage purchases
- Explain product features, benefits, and answer customer questions during live broadcasts
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective live selling techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor viewer comments and feedback to improve engagement and sales performance
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor throughout all live sessions
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident, outgoing personality
- Comfortable appearing on camera and able to maintain high energy during live broadcasts
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to meet sales targets
- Basic understanding of TikTok platform and social media trends
- Previous experience in live streaming, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Willingness to work onsite in Karawaci, Curug area
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
