Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage the reservation system and accurately record guest details.
  • Coordinate table and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and comfort.
  • Provide information about resort amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and reception area.
  • Assist with coordinating special events and private functions as needed.
  • Collaborate with waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a guest‑facing role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency with reservation and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak periods.
  • Professional appearance and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
