Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional concierge services and local recommendations to guests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
