As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Our company offers a competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary up to SGD 3,500, AWS, and overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and prepare daily financial reports.
- Provide exceptional concierge services and local recommendations to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A customer-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for service.
- Relevant hospitality certification is a plus.
