Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server, waiter, or in a customerāservice role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastāpaced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent hospitality.
