Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
- Support revenue management activities including rate setting, occupancy tracking, and yield management
- Learn and implement guest service standards to ensure exceptional visitor experiences
- Participate in staff scheduling, training coordination, and performance monitoring
- Shadow department heads to understand best practices in hospitality management
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Support inventory management, procurement processes, and cost control initiatives
- Complete administrative tasks including reports, documentation, and correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates or young professionals with strong career interest in hospitality industry
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with experience working in team environments
- Leadership potential with willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
