Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to luxury service standards across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market share through effective yield management and pricing strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage department heads, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensuring team alignment with hotel goals.
  • Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts, to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by personally addressing feedback, resolving service issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives based on guest insights.
  • Maintain rigorous health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and partnerships that attract both leisure and business travelers to the resort.
  • Conduct regular property inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role at a luxury or upscale hotel/resort.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance, with strong expertise in budgeting, P&L management, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong relationships with guests, owners, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera), revenue management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, strategic decisions under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Manila and Philippine hospitality market, along with an unwavering commitment to delivering personalized, world-class guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Filipino or other international languages is a significant plus.
