SotoGrande Hotel & Resort is a premier hospitality destination located in the heart of Iloilo, Western Visayas. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence across all departments.
As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, and driving financial performance. You will collaborate with department heads to optimize revenue, manage budgets, and implement innovative practices that enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, revenue streams, and cost control.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and handling guest feedback.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and quality standards aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives to boost occupancy and revenue.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations, front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and the ability to represent the brand in the community.
