Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to foster a culture of service excellence.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Manage guest relations, addressing feedback and implementing solutions to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase occupancy and RevPAR.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the property is well-maintained and all facilities are fully operational.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and modern hospitality operational tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and operational reporting.
