Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and maintain the resort's reputation for excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control operational costs to achieve profitability targets.
  • Lead, train, and mentor department heads and team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize resource utilization.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and MS Office.
