Responsibilities
- Manage and process all reservation requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
- Maintain and update reservation systems (PMS) with precise guest information and booking details.
- Coordinate closely with front office, sales, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest arrival and stay.
- Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities where appropriate to maximize revenue.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar reservation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
