Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical and real-time data to forecast hotel occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, competitor analysis, and market conditions.
  • Prepare detailed revenue reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design promotions and packages that maximize revenue during low-demand periods.
  • Monitor booking patterns and channel performance to optimize distribution and reduce dependency on third-party commissions.
  • Conduct regular competitive set analysis and adjust pricing tactics accordingly.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate revenue projections and variance analysis.
  • Train front desk and reservations staff on revenue management best practices to ensure consistent execution of strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and experience with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) or revenue management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles, including yield management, segmentation, and forecasting techniques.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; strong written and verbal communication skills.
