Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel common areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation arrangements
- Prepare and serve refreshments to guests
- Support housekeeping team in maintaining room standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
