Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company SOPs.
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and arranged according to brand standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure linen closets are organized.
- Handle guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or amenities in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in corridors and back-of-house areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols while performing daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and pushing cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are ready within the required timeframe.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic command of English to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
