Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company SOPs.
  • Ensure all amenities are replenished and arranged according to brand standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure linen closets are organized.
  • Handle guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or amenities in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness in corridors and back-of-house areas.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols while performing daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and pushing cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
