The ideal candidate will manage the daily housekeeping operations, lead a diverse team of cleaning professionals, and implement rigorous sanitation protocols. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hygiene, sanitation, and safety.
- Manage, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, order cleaning supplies, and monitor equipment maintenance to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and property repairs.
- Prepare performance reports and manage department budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, equipment, and modern sanitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a strong plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
