Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hygiene, sanitation, and safety.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory, order cleaning supplies, and monitor equipment maintenance to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and property repairs.
  • Prepare performance reports and manage department budgets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, equipment, and modern sanitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
