Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned rooms, public areas, and facilities according to company standards.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and amenities are dusted, sanitized, and neatly arranged.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain laundry operations, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning duties.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and maintaining equipment in good working condition.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance whenever interacting with guests or colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning procedures.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends if required.
