Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms meet brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with engineering team
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment operation
- Support deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Assist with guest requests and special cleaning requirements
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting and prolonged standing
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
