As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead our room attendants and cleaning staff to ensure every guest room, public area, and facility reflects the luxury and hospitality our brand is known for. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of housekeeping best practices, safety protocols, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet resort cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to verify maintenance and sanitation standards.
  • Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and resort procedures.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Address guest complaints or maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare daily reports on room status, staff productivity, and maintenance requirements for management review.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service quality.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in inventory management and basic computer/reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Cebuano is an advantage).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
