As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, ensure all guest rooms and public areas exceed cleanliness standards, and coordinate daily operations to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. You will also be responsible for inventory management, staff training, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure they meet resort cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and service excellence.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities; place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Address guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff attendance and productivity.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with resort policies and local regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, HMS) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
