Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct room inspections and audits to maintain brand compliance.
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Address guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and timeāmanagement abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Maestro) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
