Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS database, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including registration, mutation, and claim processes.
  • Support daily HR administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll data and tax calculations.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Provide prompt support to employees regarding payroll queries and HR-related benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration.
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and tax regulations (PPh 21).
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset and high integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Willing to be based in Kecamatan Tangerang, Banten.
