Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and screening to interview scheduling.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave requests in compliance with company policy.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, onboarding programs, and staff engagement activities.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized office systems and facilitate smooth communication across departments.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or Executive Assistant role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and maintain a positive workplace culture.
