Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, files, and personnel databases.
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support payroll administration and benefits management to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Organize and coordinate company training sessions, team building activities, and employee events.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general employee relations.
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
