Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Manager of Organization Development (OD) & Talent Management to join our team in Cimahi. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our organizational culture, driving initiatives that align our human capital with our long-term business goals.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent management frameworks, from succession planning and leadership development to performance management systems. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of organizational design and a passion for fostering an environment of growth and high performance within a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated Organization Development (OD) strategy to support business transformation and growth.
  • Design and manage the company-wide Performance Management System, ensuring clear KPIs and alignment with company goals.
  • Lead talent assessment and succession planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Conduct organization structure reviews and workforce planning to optimize efficiency and operational workflow.
  • Facilitate leadership training, coaching programs, and workshops to build a strong management pipeline.
  • Analyze employee engagement data to drive initiatives that increase retention and workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Strategic roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making for HR metrics.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and organizational behavioral practices.
  • Proven track record in designing training programs and talent development frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience in the Textile or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
