PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is seeking a diligent and safety-conscious HSE Officer (PLB3) to join our team in Jawa Tengah. As a critical member of our operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of hazardous and toxic waste (B3) in accordance with government regulations and company safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the management of hazardous and toxic waste (PLB3) according to local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
- Prepare comprehensive HSE reports and documentation for management and relevant authorities.
- Provide training and awareness to employees regarding safety procedures and emergency response.
- Analyze safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain permits and licenses related to waste management and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
- Possession of a valid K3 Umum or K3 Lingkungan certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HSE or hazardous waste management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations regarding PLB3.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Jawa Tengah.
