Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance corporate image and support land acquisition initiatives
- Manage media relations, coordinate press releases, and secure positive coverage for company milestones
- Oversee stakeholder communications with local communities, government bodies, and landowners
- Crisis management and reputation protection during sensitive land acquisition processes
- Produce compelling PR materials including newsletters, articles, and digital content
- Organize and manage PR events, community engagements, and media gatherings
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably in agricultural or land-based industries
- Proven track record in managing media relations and crisis communications
- Strong network with local media outlets and community leaders in Kalimantan
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and community relations protocols
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with land acquisition processes and regulatory compliance
- Strategic thinker with data-driven campaign execution capabilities
