Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the school's educational programs in alignment with the school vision and mission.
- Ensure full compliance with all Indonesian national education regulations, including Ministry of Education guidelines and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head and curriculum committees to design and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Analyze student performance data to identify trends and develop targeted interventions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Manage the budget for educational programs and allocate resources effectively to support faculty and student needs.
- Facilitate communication between school administration, teachers, parents, and external educational bodies.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of program staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in educational management, specifically within an international school setting.
- Proven experience in navigating and ensuring compliance with Indonesian national education regulations.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Relevant certifications in educational leadership or curriculum design are a plus.
