As part of our dedicated early childhood team, you will design and deliver engaging, ageāappropriate activities that stimulate sensory exploration, motor skills, and early language acquisition. You will work closely with parents, providing regular updates on each childās milestones and collaborating to create a supportive learning continuum between home and centre.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement ageāappropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, social and emotional development.
- Create a safe, hygienic and stimulating environment for infants aged 2 to 18 months.
- Observe, document and assess each childās progress, communicating regularly with parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design integrated learning experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards set by ECDA.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Support daily routines including feeding, diaper changing and nap times.
- Foster positive relationships with families through regular updates and parentāteacher meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Infant Care, or a related field.
- Valid ECDA certification as an Infant Educator or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1ā2 years experience working with infants in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of infant developmental milestones and ageāappropriate curricula.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Certified in Infant First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Patient, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamāoriented, multicultural environment.
