Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Intellectual Property (IP) Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging live classes and workshops tailored for beginners who want to understand the fundamentals of Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI). You will be responsible for breaking down complex legal concepts into easy-to-understand modules, providing hands-on guidance, and ensuring participants gain practical skills to protect their creative and innovative works.
As an IP Trainer, you will collaborate with our curriculum development team to create up-to-date training materials that cover copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and industrial designs. You will also mentor participants through case studies, real-world examples, and interactive Q&A sessions. Your passion for intellectual property law and education will empower individuals, startups, and small businesses to navigate the IP landscape confidently.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver interactive live classes and training sessions on intellectual property basics (HAKI) for beginners.
- Design comprehensive training materials, including slide decks, handouts, and case study scenarios.
- Evaluate participants' understanding and provide personalized feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine course content based on industry trends and legal updates.
- Facilitate Q&A sessions and practical workshops to help participants apply IP concepts to real-life situations.
- Assess and report training effectiveness through participant surveys and performance metrics.
- Stay current with Indonesian IP laws, regulations, and global best practices to ensure content accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Preferred: specialization in Intellectual Property Law).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IP advisory, legal training, or related field.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal terms.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian HAKI regulations, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
- Proficiency in creating digital training content (e.g., PowerPoint, e-learning tools).
- Certification in IP law or training (e.g., from WIPO or similar) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; both written and spoken.
