We are seeking a dedicated Interior Design Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between design vision and on-site execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship.
You will collaborate closely with senior designers, contractors, and clients, coordinating schedules, sourcing materials, and managing site logistics. Because our projects are spread across the island, owning a vehicle is essential for frequent site visits and supplier rounds. Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of interior design projects, from conceptual development to final installation
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement of materials and furnishings
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and change orders
- Source and evaluate new materials, finishes, and fixtures to support design innovation
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate critical decisions to senior management
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during installation and construction
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior design project coordination, preferably in luxury residential or commercial sectors
- Valid driving license and own vehicle – required for frequent site visits across Singapore
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin or other languages are advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple concurrent projects
