You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, material selections, and design documentation that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts and方案 for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and construction documents using industry-standard software
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures aligned with project requirements and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Present design proposals to clients and effectively communicate design rationale and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in property development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar design software packages
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial interior design projects
- Excellent understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
