You will work closely with our professional front-office and patient relations teams to manage daily operations, facilitate communication, and maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Morula IVF. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival at the clinic.
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
- Assist the Guest Experience team in managing daily patient flow and appointment schedules.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding clinic services to ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain the cleanliness, aesthetic, and welcoming environment of the lobby and waiting areas.
- Document patient feedback and coordinate with internal departments to address service concerns promptly.
- Support administrative tasks related to patient registration and data entry.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong passion for customer service excellence.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain composure and kindness while dealing with diverse patient needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to work full-time hours in the Jakarta Pusat area.
