Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival at the clinic.
  • Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
  • Assist the Guest Experience team in managing daily patient flow and appointment schedules.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding clinic services to ensure patient comfort.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, aesthetic, and welcoming environment of the lobby and waiting areas.
  • Document patient feedback and coordinate with internal departments to address service concerns promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks related to patient registration and data entry.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong passion for customer service excellence.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain composure and kindness while dealing with diverse patient needs.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Willingness to work full-time hours in the Jakarta Pusat area.
