Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels daily to ensure system accuracy.
- Execute cycle counts and periodic stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to track raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management review, highlighting trends and potential shortages.
- Manage stock documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Goods Issue Notes (GIN).
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding storage and material handling.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve inventory-related discrepancies effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by operational demands.
