Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile inventory levels daily to ensure system accuracy.
  • Execute cycle counts and periodic stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement root-cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to track raw materials and finished goods.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management review, highlighting trends and potential shortages.
  • Manage stock documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Goods Issue Notes (GIN).
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding storage and material handling.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve inventory-related discrepancies effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.
