Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily stock levels to prevent discrepancies and stockouts.
- Conduct regular physical stock takes and cycle counts in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain an accurate inventory management database and report any variances immediately.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, slow-moving items, and replenishment needs.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation and administrative logs are updated and compliant.
- Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize warehouse space utilization.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the storage area.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and warehouse operational procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be willing to be based in Depok, Jawa Barat.
