Job Description

PT Agro Lino Sejahtera is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented IT Administrator to serve as the local Single Point of Contact for all end‑user IT support and office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day‑to‑day technology services, maintaining robust IT infrastructure, and supporting a productive work environment for our Jakarta office.

You will work closely with regional and global IT teams to implement policies, manage user accounts, monitor network performance, and resolve hardware and software issues quickly. A key part of the job is to uphold IT security standards, manage assets, and provide training to non‑technical staff. Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level IT support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and email configurations using Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Monitor network connectivity, server uptime, and internet bandwidth; escalate incidents to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies, such as password management, data backup, and antivirus updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software installations, and office technology upgrades.
  • Assist in planning and executing office automation projects, such as printer networks and video conferencing solutions.
  • Support the rollout of new applications and training sessions for end users, ensuring smooth adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, system administration, or desktop services.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with macOS.
  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Active Directory, group policy management, and cloud services (Azure, Office 365) is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work on‑site in Jakarta and to adapt to flexible working hours when required.
