Lyman Investindo is currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented IT Application Section Head to lead our application development and maintenance initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of application developers and analysts to achieve high-performance outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end application project lifecycles, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and technical bottlenecks.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and technical roadmap.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all enterprise applications.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and framework architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
