Responsibilities

  • Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of SAP applications across head office and branch locations

  • Lead and mentor IT support specialists in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Develop and implement system security protocols and disaster recovery procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for system upgrades and integration projects
  • Document technical processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT application support with 1+ years supervisory experience
