Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for lending portfolio including automated underwriting and collection systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
- Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and deliver technical solutions
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Lead product launches and iterate based on user feedback and market data
- Present product strategy to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or lending
- Proven track record managing product lifecycles from conception to launch
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience with agile development methodologies and JIRA
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
