Job Description
Accelist Lentera Indonesia is seeking a results-driven IT Business Analyst to help bridge business strategy with technology delivery. This contract role is ideal for a proactive professional who can translate complex business needs into clear IT solutions for web and mobile applications with strong UI/UX and thorough documentation.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to design scalable solutions that meet user needs and business goals. You will define requirements, create functional specifications, model processes and data flows, and ensure traceability throughout the SDLC. You will also support UI/UX considerations to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences.
What you will do:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders for web and mobile apps; validate solutions against business metrics.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to craft user-centric solutions with strong UI/UX quality.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, maintain traceability, and support change management in an Agile environment.
- Develop wireframes and mockups, contribute to UX guidelines, and ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.
- Define and verify test scenarios, assist in user acceptance testing, and coordinate with QA for quality delivery.
- Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements with business cases and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and knowledge transfer materials for stakeholders and support teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business/IT Analyst, preferably in IT/software development or fintech.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritize requirements; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with web and mobile applications, and familiarity with UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN/UML), data analysis, and creating clear user stories.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia; excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of SQL or data querying and basic project management skills.
