Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and internal IT/Digital engineering teams.
- Analyze business pain points and translate them into actionable technology requirements and project roadmaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize IT initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery cycle of digital solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation within business operations.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to management and key business partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT business analysis, IT project management, or account management.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into functional technical requirements.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and digital product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience in the retail, distribution, or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
