You will manage mission-critical systems, implement robust backup and recovery protocols, and ensure that our hardware and software stack remains at the cutting edge of retail technology. We are looking for a natural problem-solver who excels in high-pressure environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence across our Jakarta operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the IT support team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance management.
- Maintain and monitor server infrastructure, network uptime, and enterprise hardware performance.
- Design and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex technical escalations and hardware issues.
- Document IT operational procedures, configurations, and inventory management for audit compliance.
- Optimize system performance through regular maintenance, patching, and proactive hardware upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to internal IT security policies and data protection protocols across all sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT support, preferably in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and enterprise networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with backup/recovery software and data migration strategies.
- Strong understanding of current retail hardware, peripherals, and POS systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex hardware/software failures under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL) is highly preferred.
