Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and optimize IT project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) tailored for complex software development cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on technical objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project health, resource allocation, and budget utilization, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the development process and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between technical departments and business stakeholders to ensure clear requirements gathering and expectation management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting standards to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support the Project Manager in strategic planning and the execution of high-priority digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical project roadmaps.
