Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company assets.
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a proactive security culture.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and remediate threats.
- Oversee incident response planning, detection, containment, and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., PDP Law, ISO 27001) and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into system design and development lifecycles.
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend advanced security technologies (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, etc.).
- Prepare and present security metrics, reports, and improvement plans to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection technologies.
- Proven experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus.
