Your responsibilities include maintaining uptime for critical systems, implementing security best practices, and delivering dependable IT support to staff across departments. The role also involves asset management, backup and recovery planning, vendor coordination, and contributing to IT project delivery. Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line IT support to staff; resolve hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, manage user accounts and access control, and perform regular backups.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, VPNs, and connectivity across offices and plants.
- Manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, and procurement in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures to minimize downtime.
- Support manufacturing operations with IT solutions, including ERP/MES integrations and production line IT support.
- Ensure information security best practices, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response readiness.
- Document IT processes, create SOPs, and provide training to staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of IT support or IT operations experience; manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, and firewall basics.
- Hardware troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service orientation; ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with technology; on-site presence in Kabupaten Batang, Jawa Tengah.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency for technical documentation is a plus.
