Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of architectural design concepts, sketches, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare 3D models and high-quality renderings for client presentations using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction alignment with design specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, transmittals, and material schedules.
- Ensure all architectural plans comply with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Support the senior design team in interior space planning and material selection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect or Board-eligible professional is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of structural principles, building materials, and construction methodology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
